What are rent rooms?

Rent rooms are individual rooms within a property that are leased out to tenants, usually on a short-term or monthly basis. They are often found in shared houses, apartments, or boarding houses, where tenants have their own private room but typically share common areas such as kitchens and bathrooms with others.
