Construction Project Manager – Healthcare Interiors

Location: Wendell, NC

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + vehicle + bonus

Exciting opportunity to join a well-established, mid-sized General Contractor offering a genuine family-feel culture and excellent opportunities for long-term career development.

The Project Manager will join an established healthcare division, overseeing interior renovation projects within hospitals, labs and other occupied healthcare environments. Projects typically range from $500K–$3M and are located throughout the Triangle region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through construction and final closeout
  • Oversee healthcare interior renovations, including work within occupied acute care facilities
  • Perform constructability reviews and project risk assessments as required
  • Manage project financials, pay applications and associated documentation
  • Work closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients and other project stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, schedule and overall client experience
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Collaborate daily with Superintendents and field staff to ensure successful project delivery

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
