A Renovation Project Coordinator oversees and manages renovation projects from start to finish. They are responsible for coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors, materials, and permits to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Their duties also include communicating with clients, resolving issues that arise during renovations, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. They serve as the main point of contact between various stakeholders to keep the renovation process running smoothly.

Uptown Properties is looking for a Turnover & Renovation Project Coordinator to lead the fast-moving work that happens between residents and during property improvement projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects at once, communicates well with vendors and internal teams, and takes pride in getting properties turned, improved, and ready on time and at a high standard.

If you’re someone who loves managing timelines, solving problems quickly, coordinating people, and making things happen, this is a role where you can make a big impact every single day.

At Uptown, this isn’t just about maintenance coordination—it’s about owning the process, keeping projects moving, and helping deliver a high-quality experience for both owners and residents.

Why This Role Is Exciting

One day you may be coordinating painters, flooring installers, cleaners, and maintenance vendors to get a property rent‑ready before move‑in. Another day, you may be helping manage a renovation scope, resolving timeline conflicts, or ensuring a home is completed to Uptown’s standards.

  • Schedule and coordinate outside vendors and service providers
  • Communicate expectations, deadlines, access details, and scope of work clearly
  • Follow up consistently to ensure work is completed on time and at a high standard
  • Help maintain strong vendor relationships through professionalism and accountability
Inspections & Quality Control
  • Conduct or coordinate move‑out and move‑in inspections
  • Verify work is completed properly before the next resident takes possession
  • Ensure homes meet Uptown’s standards for cleanliness, condition, and readiness
  • Catch issues before they become delays
Communication & Project Flow
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, owners, and vendors throughout the process
  • Provide updates, flag delays, and proactively solve problems
  • Maintain accurate records and project notes in company systems
  • Keep everyone aligned so projects continue moving smoothly
