As a Controller Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all financial activities of the company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing the accounting team, streamlining financial processes, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. You will prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and stakeholders, and develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and stakeholders

    • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes

  • Accounting Management:

    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

    • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts

    • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts

    • Monitor budget performance and analyze variances

  • Compliance and Controls:

    • Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies

  • Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings

  • Team Management:

Qualifications:
