• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based practices and tailoring approaches to fit individual client profiles.
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to foster recovery, resilience, and overall well-being among clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular meetings and case discussions to enhance care delivery.
• Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in behavioral health to enhance clinical skills and provide cutting-edge care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
• An active LICSW license in the state of Washington is a prerequisite.

While not mandatory, previous experience working in behavioral health settings, particularly in hospice or trauma-informed care, will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and advanced clinical knowledge will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
