We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting business operations, and performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in a corporate environment.

The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow directions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness
  • Generate, update, and distribute reports as needed
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
