Job description

LOCATIONS: Onsite Jacksonville, FL 32218 

Position is Contract to Hire

Pay: $19 per hour

Start: August 2026

Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Title: Order Service Representative

Job Duties:

  • Manage inbound calls from customer and vendors
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, transactions, and follow up requests
  • Resolve issues and complaints while ensuring a great customer experience
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Perform account maintenance tasks such as order transfers, system updates and follow up e-mails.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs)


Qualifications:

  • Commute to our Jacksonville Office five days a week
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic computer systems and online tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service, retail, or call center experience (preferred)
  • Previous Call Center/Contact Center Experience is required
  • Previous ERP or Order Management experience is a PLUS
