Job description

Estamos buscando un(a) IT Help Desk Administrator con experiencia, energía y actitud de servicio para brindar apoyo técnico a nuestros usuarios y apoyar las operaciones tecnológicas de la empresa.
Responsabilidades:
  • Brindar apoyo técnico de primera línea a usuarios internos y remotos.
  • Configurar y dar mantenimiento a computadoras, impresoras, celulares y otros equipos.
  • Apoyar plataformas como Microsoft Outlook, Teams y herramientas de acceso remoto.
  • Atender y dar seguimiento a tickets de servicio.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas de seguridad informática, backups y continuidad de sistemas.
  • Mantener documentación y compartir conocimientos con los usuarios.
Requisitos:
  • Bachillerato en Sistemas de Información, Ciencias de Computadoras o experiencia equivalente.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en asistencia técnica o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft 365, celulares, impresoras, herramientas de acceso remoto y plataformas de Help Desk.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para atender situaciones urgentes fuera de horario cuando sea necesario.
