About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, customer focused Remote Support Services Specialist to provide professional and responsive support to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering accurate and timely service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through approved phone, email, chat, or support channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and routine support requests.
  • Troubleshoot routine issues and resolve requests using established procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
  • Documetn customer interactions, requests, resolutions, and follow up activities accurately.
  • Monitor ssigned requests and ensure appropriate followthrough through resolution.
  • Communicate profssionally and courteously with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer and service related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company security, privacy, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, quality initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate opportunitie to improve customer service.
  • Complete other reasonable support and administratve duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client support, technical support, operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM, ticketing, communication, and business software.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining accountable and collaborative.
  • Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote work environment.

Preferred:

  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Experience with CRM, help desk, ticketing, or case management systems.
  • Experience handling escalations or coordinating cross functional resolutions.
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
