$16+/hr (varies by location), 8am-5pm (hours may vary)

Minimum Requirements:

ย  High school diploma or equivalent
ย  2+ years of professional work experience
ย  2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs
ย  Strong written and verbal communication skills
ย  Ability to focus on repetitive data tasks with strong attention to detail
ย  Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer
ย  Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
ย  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in business processing or back-office support
ย  Prior customer service or sales experience
ย  Strong computer and data-entry accuracy
ย  Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
ย  Typing speed of 45-50 WPM
