Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Litigation Associate Attorneys from top-tier US law firms to contribute their legal expertise to a project focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your experience in complex litigation and transactional matters to review legal documents, analyze sophisticated scenarios, draft contractual provisions, and provide structured legal feedback.

The ideal candidate combines strong experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy with exceptional legal research, analytical reasoning, and written communication skills.

No prior AI experience is required—your legal expertise, practical judgment, and ability to analyze complex legal matters are what matter most.

Scope of Work
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate complex litigation and transactional documents, including agreements involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
  • Draft sample agreements, contractual provisions, and legal clauses based on sophisticated transactional scenarios.
  • Analyze legal scenarios and provide structured commentary to support AI model training and evaluation.
  • Evaluate issues involving data privacy, cross-border transactions, contractual risk, and complex commercial matters.
  • Apply practical legal judgment to simulated litigation and transactional scenarios.
  • Develop and contribute to legal frameworks, evaluation criteria, and structured review rubrics.
  • Identify legal risks, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and potential issues in AI-generated legal content.
  • Provide precise and actionable feedback to improve the accuracy and practical applicability of AI-generated legal work.
  • Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams, including legal, research, and technology professionals.
  • Participate in iterative review and feedback cycles to refine training data and legal evaluation standards.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with developing, applying, or evaluating structured legal review rubrics is a plus.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when working with high-stakes legal documents and complex factual scenarios.
  • Interest in the intersection of legal practice, technology, and AI is advantageous.
