• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings via telehealth to evaluate clients’ needs and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that integrate multiple therapeutic modalities, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and preferences.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic treatment that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a preference for experience in a telehealth setting.
• A deep understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies for a variety of mental health conditions.
• Strong therapeutic rapport-building skills, enabling effective motivation and support for clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering mental health services.
• Specialized training in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Proven success in managing diverse client caseloads and adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary.
