Guided Grace Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will primarily be remote, offering flexibility while focusing on mental health services in Macon, Georgia, and the surrounding areas. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your home while managing your own schedule. While the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate client appointments.

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, regularly assessing and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Deliver counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups utilizing various therapeutic interventions to address diverse mental health issues.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care, ensuring the holistic treatment of clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, facilitating continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in case conferences and professional development activities to enhance your skills.

Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Many clients may also be struggling with addiction or the aftermath of traumatic experiences. Our focus is on employing a warm, empathetic approach to enhance our clients' coping strategies and facilitate meaningful recovery journeys.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly applicable to various mental health disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective documentation and collaboration.
• A commitment to ethical principles and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies to deliver remote counseling services.
• Exposure to specialized therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience.
