• Engaging directly with clients through individual therapy sessions to identify their specific mental health needs and collaboratively set treatment goals.
• Providing various therapeutic modalities, ensuring a prevention-oriented approach to mental health care that adheres to best practices.
• Creating, implementing, and continuously reviewing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's progress and feedback.
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers and community organizations to facilitate comprehensive treatment for your clients.
• Timely completion of all clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to maintain accurate client records.
• Maintaining an active caseload while ensuring that all session notes are precise and reflective of client interactions.
• Participating in regular team meetings and trainings to foster professional development and team cohesion.
• Contributing positively to the workplace culture by actively engaging in team initiatives and collaborative projects.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • Must hold a current and unrestricted license as an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong foundational knowledge and skills in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources to provide comprehensive support and referrals as needed.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required to foster client relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
• A demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients, enhancing their comfort and engagement during therapy.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with a commitment to collaborative practice and individual accountability.

• A minimum of one year’s experience in mental health counseling or a related area is required.
• Experience in teletherapy practices preferred, particularly utilizing various digital platforms for client treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
