• Providing therapeutic services such as psychotherapy and counseling to clients with a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues.
• Utilizing a variety of psychological assessments and tools to accurately assess and diagnose clients, ensuring personalized and targeted treatment plans.
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that take into account each client’s individual background, cultural context, and unique needs, actively involving them in goal-setting.
• Delivering crisis intervention services as required, including conducting in-depth suicide risk assessments and facilitating necessary hospitalizations when clients are at risk.
• Collaborating effectively with other mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community organizations to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client sessions, assessments, and progress in line with legal requirements and best practices.
• Participating in the creation and refinement of clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and maintain high standards of practice.
• Engaging in regular professional development through training sessions, workshops, and meetings to stay informed on best practices and advancements in the field.

Your work will primarily involve providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by clients and a commitment to delivering culturally competent care that respects and values individual differences.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and an active LCSW license in the state of Georgia are mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities to implement suitable interventions that align with best practices.
• Proven experience working effectively with diverse populations and addressing complex psychological issues.
