Job description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI-assisted Technical Writer to work as part of a driven team to create and maintain product and internal process documentation for a scaling organization. This role requires day-to-day use of AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and formatting, paired with strong human judgment to ensure every piece of content is accurate, on-brand, and genuinely useful to the reader.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing product documentation and internal process documentation.
  • Assist with growth to manage simple to moderate complexity documentation projects.
  • Write, edit, and format product documentation and internal process documentation, using AI tools as a standard part of the drafting and editing process.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and research information about products and processes.
  • Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand for the end user while supporting content strategy and translation requirements.
  • Review, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, tone, and clarity. We value and prioritize human-in-the-loop AI-enabled workflows to create top quality final products.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM tools in a writing, editing, or publishing workflow, with a clear understanding of where human review and judgment are required.
  • Provide samples of your favorite work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
