Job Title: Provider Data Entry Specialist

Location: Remote
Duration: 2 Months contract
Pay Rate: $22 - $26/hr. on W2

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Data Entry Specialist to support provider data management operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter, update, and maintain non-participating provider information within designated systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry, research, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain provider information within internal systems.
  • Load and update provider data in the FACETS system or similar platforms.
  • Handle complex provider data entry scenarios and ensure data integrity.
  • Track and document work within project tracking and workflow management systems.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
  • Participate in system testing and support special projects as assigned.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
  • Assist in developing and documenting procedures for new processes.
  • Communicate issues impacting data accuracy or workflow efficiency to management.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, data entry, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience working with FACETS or other healthcare payer systems preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare operations, provider data management, or insurance industry preferred.
