As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you have the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being deeply integrated into our outpatient service model. • Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their individual needs and treatment goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and adjust these plans as necessary based on regular clinical reviews and feedback.
• Engage in collaborative decision-making with prescribers and other treatment team members regarding clients' clinical and medical issues.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy through various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions, ensuring adherence to recognized therapeutic standards and practices.
• Participate in crisis triage as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and interventions to stabilize clients effectively.
• Documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

You will primarily work with a diverse adult client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to create structured, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset.
• Empathetic nature with a deep commitment to client well-being.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery, demonstrating adaptability to remote work technologies.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive care and diverse therapeutic modalities.
• History of working in an outpatient mental health setting and familiarity with the unique challenges faced by this patient population.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
