• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations for new clients to understand their mental health status and specific needs.
• Devise and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clients’ therapy goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and feedback from therapy sessions.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients via teletherapy, utilizing effective methodologies to ensure they feel comfortable and engaged during remote sessions.
• Offer crisis intervention and support measures as needed, ensuring immediate and appropriate responses to urgent mental health concerns.
• Consistently engage in professional development to stay current with the latest mental health best practices, assuming leadership roles in team initiatives as necessary.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to foster effective relationships with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Organizational skills, self-discipline, and effective time management abilities are vital for remote working success.
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensing board.
