• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice independently in your state as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; applicants should not have any disciplinary actions related to their professional standing.
• Strong clinical evaluation skills, capable of making informed decisions regarding treatment and planning.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential, allowing for effective engagement with clients and staff alike.
