What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
  • Follow client guidelines and call procedures.

  • Meet quality and performance standards.

Remote Work Requirements- Candidates must provide their own:

  • Windows PC or laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM (No MacBook or Chromebook)
  • Dual monitors
  • Webcam
  • USB Headset
  • Wired mouse
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection. 
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace
