As a remote mental health therapist, you will operate from the comfort of your own home while being connected to a supportive team of professionals. • Facilitate therapeutic sessions with clients using our secure online platform, focusing on their specific challenges and mental health goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to address their unique situations.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective support and intervention.
• Accurately maintain client records, including session notes and treatment updates, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage with a diverse team of mental health professionals through regular meetings and collaborations, fostering a team-oriented approach to client care.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying updated on best practices and evolving trends within the field of mental health therapy.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families who are seeking therapy for a variety of issues, including but not limited to relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Our client base is diverse, representing various ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds, which allows you to apply a broad range of therapeutic strategies to meet their individual needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing individual therapy services, preferably in a remote setting.
• Familiarity and comfort with technology platforms for telehealth services, ensuring smooth and effective client interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients virtually.
• A collaborative spirit, with an ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
