Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, supervision, and implementation of projects related to the customers\' objectives. Responsibilities also include proactively identifying project risks and mitigation strategies for those risks, building, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, capturing, categorizing, and identifying the resolution of project issues. Job Responsibilities And Duties: \tExceptional communication with all stakeholders, external and internal \tOversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, contracting, managing subcontractors, etc. \tUnderstanding of project scope and completing projects on time and within budget \tMaintains installation schedules and coordinates task scheduling with other trades \tTroubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources as needed to mitigate impacts \tPlans and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities of assigned projects \tManage multiple small to large-scale projects simultaneously across the Southeast without supervision. \tManage project budget and project profitability \tManage and execute project change orders Qualifications: \tMust have 5+ years of security and project management experience \tAbility to engage with all levels of management \tIndividuals will be technically inclined, have good written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, be dependable to work under little supervision, and be eager to learn. \tMust have experience in the construction field and security industry \tProficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint). \tStrong technical knowledge of relevant technology and tools, i.e., access control, video surveillance, and intrusion. \tExperience in LenelS2 and Milestone preferred \tBasic understanding of TCP/IP networking      Benefits: Stone wants to elevate your professional growth!
