Job description
Continuously improve Renewable Generation asset performance through leadership of the remote operations center, performance and renewable engineering teams, technical specialists and controls specialists. Responsibilities include identifying asset enhancements to improve operations and availability, provide insights and informational dashboards to operations personnel to identify turbine operating issues/faults that reduce availability, aid in the development of documentation required to operate and maintain wind turbines, manage interdepartmental communications to monitor work and open action item completion that reduce fault/failed component and manage budgets for implementation of improvement projects for data systems, tools, and asset performance initiatives.

Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Direct remote operations center in 24/7 turbine operation and preventative maintenance to investigate items before they become an issue (15%)
Direct Controls Specialists in maintaining and improving controls assets to better improve performance, provide information to Renewable Generation Operations, and ensure NERC/cybersecurity requirements are met. (15%)
Provide performance reporting, including applicable energy and power forecasting for Renewable Generation Operations, Senior Management, Electric Trading and Accounting. (15%)
