• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Employ various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain current with the latest mental health research and practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide enriching client care experiences and continuity of care.

The role focuses on providing mental health services to individuals and families who have limited access to care. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of clients facing significant barriers to care within the community.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of prevailing legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies efficiently.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience in community mental health settings or working with underserved populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with best-practice approaches in mental health intervention and care coordination.

• Annual salary range from $70,000 to $90,000, determined based on experience and client load.
