• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health status, strengths, and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care, enhancing treatment efficacy.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medications, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions, incorporating customized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities.
• Develop and regularly update treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, integrating patient goals and feedback.
• Assist patients in navigating complex mental health systems, advocating for their needs to ensure optimal access to services.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducational sessions, and discharge planning meetings, supporting ongoing care and recovery.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of patients, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, facing various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, providing direct services to diverse client populations.
