• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs for new patients, developing personalized treatment plans that outline individual therapeutic goals.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported while addressing their mental health concerns.
• Coordinate and implement behavioral health services effectively, drawing on extensive knowledge of current trends in mental health treatment.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, offering timely support to clients facing emergencies or significant challenges.
• Monitor and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate referrals for clients requiring specialized care, including inpatient services or Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders.
• Conduct screenings for substance abuse issues and provide referrals to community resources as needed, focusing on comprehensive client well-being.

The LICSW will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with a variety of mental health disorders, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions requiring intensive support.
