This position allows for a unique blend of remote work flexibility along with opportunities for face-to-face interactions in our outpatient office. • Deliver therapeutic services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, psychological evaluations, and group therapy as necessary.
• Adhere to organizational policies regarding documentation and patient confidentiality, ensuring that all medical records are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate psychological support for clients in distress, utilizing established methodologies to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, clinician meetings, and workshops to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with the latest techniques in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address mental and emotional disorders.

The primary focus of this role will be working with a diverse client population experiencing varying degrees and complexities of mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals and families seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe and trusting environment, where clients can express themselves and work toward meaningful change.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is essential, showcasing a depth of understanding in therapeutic practices.
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience in creating effective treatment plans to address a wide range of mental health disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and families.

• Experience with bariatric psychological evaluations is a plus, as you may have training opportunities for this specialized area.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic approaches and methodologies to address clients' unique needs.
• Previous involvement in workshops, therapeutic retreats, or additional training that focuses on personal and professional development.
