St. Elizabeth Wellness Clinic, LLC is in search of a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while allowing you to make a significant impact on the mental health of our diverse client population. Your expertise will be essential in delivering comprehensive mental health services to individuals facing various challenges, all while being supported by a collaborative team of professionals.

Work Environment

This remote role allows you to connect with clients in a comfortable setting without the constraints of an office environment. You will also contribute to our hospice center operations, extending compassionate mental health support to clients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients' mental health conditions, ensuring that you take a holistic approach in developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues.
  • Work in partnership with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, sharing vital insights and recommendations based on therapeutic progress.
  • Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, deploying your specialized training to de-escalate situations and provide appropriate support and solutions.
  • Participate actively in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma, contributing to educational initiatives designed to uplift and inform our community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic specializes in serving a diverse group of individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and end-of-life issues in hospice care. Your role will be pivotal in providing empathetic support and practical coping strategies to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications
  • Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Have completed a masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on establishing rapport and effective communication with clients and their families.
  • Exhibit cultural competence to sensitively and effectively address the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Show strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in hospice or palliative care, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
