This remote role allows you to connect with clients in a comfortable setting without the constraints of an office environment. However, you will still be part of a vibrant team that values collaboration and professional growth. Regular virtual meetings will enable you to engage with your peers, share insights, and participate in team-building exercises. You will also contribute to our hospice center operations, extending compassionate mental health support to clients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients' mental health conditions, ensuring that you take a holistic approach in developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Work in partnership with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, sharing vital insights and recommendations based on therapeutic progress.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, deploying your specialized training to de-escalate situations and provide appropriate support and solutions.
• Participate actively in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma, contributing to educational initiatives designed to uplift and inform our community.

Our clinic specializes in serving a diverse group of individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and end-of-life issues in hospice care. Your role will be pivotal in providing empathetic support and practical coping strategies to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Have completed a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on establishing rapport and effective communication with clients and their families.
• Exhibit cultural competence to sensitively and effectively address the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Show strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in hospice or palliative care, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a proven track record of successful therapeutic outcomes.
• Engagement in continuing education efforts to stay current with mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, which will be commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition, the following benefits are provided:
