Position Overview

Hope Balance Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist, specifically a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), to join our expanding team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide remote, telehealth-based therapy services to a diverse clientele from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand individual patient experiences and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy settings with respect to patients' cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances.
  • Engage in active case management by collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress or facing mental health emergencies, using strong crisis intervention skills to stabilize situations.
  • Facilitate educational workshops for patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and cultural competency training to enhance the overall service delivery within the practice.
  • Stay abreast of current research findings, best practices, and cultural considerations that inform effective mental health therapy.

Qualifications
