This is a full-time remote position, providing you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients nationwide. You will be part of a fully remote team, utilizing our advanced, easy-to-navigate telehealth platform. Our approach minimizes administrative burdens, allowing you to devote your energy to client care. Full-time counselors can expect to establish a complete caseload within just a few weeks.

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video conference, ensuring a safe, ethical, and compassionate experience for clients.
• Employ solution-focused treatment methodologies to guide client discussions towards understanding and resolution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain tailored treatment plans that address the distinct needs of each client, including tracking progress and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster personal growth and effective coping strategies.
• Utilize minimal paperwork through our streamlined administrative processes, allowing you to prioritize relational work with clients.

Our focus is on supporting stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a diverse range of mental health concerns. Your role will involve guiding clients towards improved coping mechanisms and better quality of life through a supportive and understanding therapeutic approach. You will be matched with clients aligned to your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a rewarding counseling experience.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Fully licensed to practice independently without supervision, including credentials such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no record of disciplinary actions are allowed.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and compassion to provide a supportive counseling environment.
• Strong computer literacy to operate our telehealth platform smoothly.

We seek professionals with a strong background in therapeutic practices, particularly in solution-focused therapy or alternative evidence-based treatment modalities. Professional experience in a remote environment is advantageous, as it enhances communication and efficiency within our virtual settings.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with your working hours and experience. Additional benefits include:
