• Work directly with clients to assess their needs and collaboratively set measurable treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy aligned with prevention-oriented practices tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans, ensuring they adhere to best practices and the latest clinical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare providers, placement agencies, and community resources to optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, in accordance with organizational policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for improving clinical practices.
• Contribute to fostering a positive work environment and culture through active engagement and support of team initiatives.

The Telehealth Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, which requires a clinically flexible approach and a deep cultural competency. • A valid mental health license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required for this position.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in mental health counseling or a closely related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a client-centered approach.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and services is advantageous.
• Prior experience with telehealth tools and remote counseling methods is a plus.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary settings and an understanding of referral processes enhance candidacy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
