Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients using secure video chat, phone calls, or messaging through our proprietary app.
• Work with clients during 30- or 45-minute sessions, focused on providing effective treatment tailored to their needs.
• Manage client care for individuals experiencing stable, low-acuity conditions, ensuring adherence to best practices in teletherapy.
• Document session notes and treatment plans efficiently, utilizing our electronic health records system designed to streamline paperwork.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and trainings to stay updated with the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be treating clients who exhibit low-acuity mental health concerns, such as ADHD, OCD, grief, weight-related disorders, relationship issues, and other similar conditions. By selecting your preferred client demographics, you can ensure that your therapeutic approach aligns with your expertise and interests. All clients are pre-screened to confirm their stability prior to engagement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid independent license as a mental health provider in the state of Pennsylvania, with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in using communication technology, including a reliable phone and PC/laptop with a stable internet connection (tablets are not permitted).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly preferred.
• Prior work with diverse populations and understanding of culturally competent care approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on hours worked and demonstrated experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
