Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, creating personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a focus on building coping strategies and fostering resilience in clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to coordinate care and ensure clients receive holistic support.
• Staying abreast of the latest research in mental health treatment to inform practice and contribute to team discussions and case reviews.

Qualifications
