Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the individual needs of clients, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances, promoting positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines while documenting client progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, participating in regular case reviews and strategy meetings to enhance patient care.
• Utilize the latest research and methodologies in social work to stay informed about best practices in trauma-informed care, anxiety, and depression treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a remote and collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation or detox center, focusing on substance use disorders and related mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth platforms for client engagements and therapy sessions.
• Knowledge in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an attractive benefits package inclusive of:
