This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, polished professional who excels at building relationships, generating new business, and representing a modern recruitment brand. You will play a key role in expanding FenixHire's client base while benefiting directly from the revenue you generate.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Conduct discovery calls and present FenixHire's recruitment solutions
- Expand FenixHire's presence in high-demand markets nationwide
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to facilitate successful placements
- Track activity, pipeline performance, and revenue outcomes
- Represent the FenixHire brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, or staffing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
- Comfortable with prospecting, negotiations, and closing new business
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Compensation
100% Commission-Only Position
Please note: This position does not offer a base salary, hourly wage, draw, or guaranteed compensation. Compensation is earned exclusively through commissions.
Successful Business Development Executives have the potential to earn $85,000 to $180,000+ annually, depending on performance, client acquisition, and successful placements.
