Boulevard Psychiatry & Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home. You will connect with clients via telehealth, which means you'll utilize state-of-the-art digital platforms that facilitate effective remote counseling. The absence of evening or weekend hours ensures a balanced work-life schedule, allowing you to dedicate your full attention to your clients during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead interactive group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and safe environment where young adults can share experiences and learn from one another.
• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while collaboratively developing tailored coping strategies and actionable plans.
• Treatment Planning: Work closely with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans focused on their specific goals and needs, ensuring they participate actively in their care.
• Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools and methodologies to track client progress effectively, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on real-time feedback.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies, consult on complex cases, and coordinate comprehensive treatment for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You’ll provide care in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), utilizing evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches designed to empower clients to overcome these challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a remote setting while maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with young adults in mental health settings, particularly in outpatient or telehealth environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and assessment tools.
• A background in trauma-informed care or integrated behavioral health approaches is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
