Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist at our clinic, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges.
• Formulating personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and paths to recovery.
• Leading individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care tailored for each individual.
• Providing education and support to families, empowering them to participate in their loved ones’ recovery processes.
• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining meticulous client records in adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
