Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screening processes, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and tailored treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and challenges of each client, ensuring they are evidence-based and client-centered.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to share experiences, while also delivering individualized therapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic modalities.

• Engage actively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Educate and support clients' families, equipping them with necessary tools and understanding to actively participate in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical considerations for confidentiality and care delivery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
