Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients, identifying mental health concerns and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique situations and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based methodologies to deliver effective treatment and foster open communication and healing.
• Collaborate seamlessly with an integrated team of mental health professionals to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes through shared insights and best practices.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, ensuring they understand the recovery process and encouraging their active involvement.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and age groups. You will be actively involved with clients presenting a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and complex behavioral issues.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through extensive practice or specialized training in evidence-based therapies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery journey.
