Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using video conferencing technology, ensuring a professional and compassionate therapeutic environment.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques to deliver tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that promote insight, recovery, and personal growth.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Everside, you will work with a diverse client base spanning various demographics and backgrounds. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• Ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating both professionalism and initiative.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms for remote counseling.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this remote position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your hours worked and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and a convenient weekly direct deposit for your income.
