As a remote team member, you will enjoy the flexibility of a home-based workspace while being dedicated to an outpatient office environment. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with some evening or weekend availability as needed for client appointments.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' goals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, and utilize techniques that best fit each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated client care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate clinical records while adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida.
• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

While the minimum requirement is a master’s degree and a valid license, preference will be given to candidates with experience in evidence-based practices for treating mood disorders, trauma, and addictive behaviors. Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be considered an asset.

This rewarding position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
