You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and effective care, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients seamlessly.

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and available resources to tailor interventions effectively.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
• Develop, implement, and consistently update individualized treatment plans that incorporate collaborative goal setting and utilize tailored interventions to address specific client needs.
• Engage in active collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, demonstrating swift and informed decision-making to manage acute mental health situations effectively.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering community and shared understanding among clients.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. By tailoring your approach to each client's unique experiences and circumstances, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their psychological resilience and promoting their overall well-being.

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment strategies that can be implemented to improve client outcomes.
