• Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to gain insights into clients' mental health issues and establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Run individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, helping clients build coping strategies and healthier behaviors.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of client records, which are essential for ongoing treatment plans.

Our diverse client population includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. As a licensed mental health counselor, you will be instrumental in providing care that meets the unique needs of each client, encompassing age groups from adolescents to adults. • Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
