• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions that target mental health challenges, trauma, and dual diagnoses, with a focus on empowering clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Utilize clinically validated tools and techniques to conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive client records in our EHR system, ensuring all documentation meets the standards set by Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurance providers.
• Engage in continuous interaction with clients through telehealth sessions, focusing on mental wellness and progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our organization to enhance treatment outcomes and deliver holistic care.
• Manage scheduling independently and efficiently, including the flexibility to accommodate client needs during evenings and weekends.

In this role, you will primarily serve adults and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be tasked with providing culturally competent care tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of three years of mental health counseling experience is essential.
• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer with a dependable internet connection and webcam is necessary for conducting telehealth sessions.
• The ability to work independently and consistently, ensuring that all client interactions are confidential and compliant with legal and ethical standards.
• A successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

• Experience working with underserved populations or within community health settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital health tools.
