The Comfort Keepers Counseling Center is currently seeking a dedicated Telehealth Mental Health Counselor (Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC) to join our growing remote team. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions effectively utilizing video conferencing and phone calls, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Assist clients in enhancing their coping skills, navigating life transitions, and achieving personal goals through structured therapy approaches.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates and confidentiality in client records.
• Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in mental health counseling while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary, including primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to client wellbeing.

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds, applying culturally sensitive practices tailored to each individual's needs. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly via telehealth platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while effectively engaging as part of a remote team.
• Flexibility to accommodate clients' schedules, including the potential for evening or weekend sessions when necessary.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, particularly in settings that incorporate telehealth practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment, providing care to a diverse client base.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
