• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that thoroughly identify clients' mental health needs, which will underlie the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, using a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for every client.
• Respond to crisis situations by delivering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating sensitivity and effective crisis management skills.
• Engage in community outreach and educational programs to raise awareness about mental health issues and foster a supportive community environment.

Our center serves a diverse population that includes individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with clients dealing with a multitude of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational difficulties. • Applicants must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to successfully work with individuals from varied demographics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain accurate documentation.

We prefer candidates who have a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical mental health setting. Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is particularly advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques would be beneficial, as remote counseling is a core aspect of our operations.

We offer a competitive salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
