Pay Range: $80k-100k base
Position Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across the enterprise to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures the accuracy and consistency of data across reports by conducting audits and troubleshooting discrepancies.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards providing actionable enterprise insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand data requirements and transform complex data sources into meaningful visualizations.
  • Collaborate with Software Developers on shared data models using SQL to gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop automated processes to streamline the distribution of reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Optimize existing reports and dashboards for speed and efficiency, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Create documentation for reports, data sources, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable solutions.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' experience in field or related area
  • Advanced level computer skills including advanced SQL Querying or similar technical proficiency
  • 3+ years' experience in Power BI, including managing dataflows and datasets
  • Advanced SQL knowledge, familiar with data normalization and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with a diverse group of internal and external clients in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to handle working through a pipeline of analytics requests and multiple concurrent projects
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary). Some overtime may be required and ability to work extended hours as needed to meet business needs.

This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading. The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
