This full-time role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Clear Skies supports a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends to best accommodate client needs. Our virtual platform is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless interactions with clients, including secure video conferencing and electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access to care.

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health requirements and establish baseline conditions to inform treatment planning.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and progress, utilizing therapeutic techniques that foster resilience and coping skills.
• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions and continually monitoring client progress.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that optimize client outcomes.
• Maintaining comprehensive, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Participating in ongoing professional development through regular supervision, case conferences, and training to refine skills and stay current with best practices.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy sessions in various mental health settings.
• Utilization of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, crucial for effective client interaction and documentation.
• A commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Prior experience working in a remote counseling capacity is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools is preferred, enhancing the effectiveness of virtual client engagement.

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
