We're hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist members with questions about their healthcare benefits while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Work From Home | Paid Training

Pay: $14.00/hour during paid training and then $14.50/hour once in production

What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Assist members with questions regarding healthcare benefits and services.
• Gather and verify customer information accurately.
• Research and resolve customer concerns whenever possible during the first call.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and benefit options.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations.
• Follow company policies while providing a positive customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
• Adapt to changing procedures and business needs.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare, insurance, or medical terminology experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable assisting senior citizens with empathy and patience.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Work From Home Requirements

• Internet
• Wired Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
• Minimum internet speed:
• 50 Mbps download
• 10 Mbps upload
• DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic internet only.
• Satellite, microwave, and mobile hotspot connections are not permitted.
